風邪治ってきた

久しぶりの凄い風邪だった 咳、頭痛、熱、喉と肺の間が熱い、筋肉痛（トレによる筋肉痛）といった症状Orz

金曜日夕方久しぶりの筋トレした後から悪化して 筋肉痛に+して まじダウン 土日は人間として使い物にならない状態ｗ だってベッドから筋肉痛で起きれない程＾＾；

しかし今日は梅雨っていうのもあってむしむしするなー サイパンやグァムの雨上がりのようだ・・・
